11:42 pm - ABC DAY 2 ... I kind of failed today too. :(
- half a banana - 1 pretzel stick - sugar free popsicle - 3 sugar cookies - a cup of milk - a few walnuts - chips and salsa
DISGUSTING!
Then I freaked out eating such junk and rode my bike for maybe 20 minutes.
I also freaked out because I'm cleaning my room and trying on old clothes, and realizing just how fat and gross I've gotten.

10:11 pm - ABC day one: 500 calories
Ok so.... this is what I ate today:
- small amount of orange juice - 50 calories - half a slice of bread - 35 calories - 1 pretzel stick - 20 calories? - sugar free popsicle - 15 calories - tace bell bean burrito - 350 calories
I'm hungry. But I'm going to try and avoid eating anything else if possible.
EDIT: I also at a banana and a bowl of cherrios. I fail at life. :( I'm so fat and gross.

I'm obsessed with this video.
But more importantly. I need to lose 30 lbs. I'm going to try and start the ABC diet tomorrow. I hate the way I look.
